Voice of the Free
Voice of the Free (VF - formerly Visayan Forum) was established in 1991 with the aim of addressing human trafficking in The Philippines. Voice of the Free provides residential care, community-based programs, medical and psychological support, education, and vocational training to human trafficking survivors.
VF aims to disrupt trafficking at its source through rescues at airports and seaports, partnering with and training transport authorities and law enforcement along known trafficking routes.
In addition, VF advocates for policy reforms at the national level and have successfully lobbied laws to improve the conditions of domestic workers and end child labor. They also manage the legal cases of the girls and women they rescue from prostitution, cybersex, and forced labor.
